I cannot fault the customer services
Excellent customer service as they called to ensure I was aware of the features of the HP M429dn model I ordered and it became evident I needed the HP M429fdw to use the duplex copying on the document feeder. The change of machine took minutes to organise and it didn't impact the delivery date. It was a trouble-free purchase as it was when I bought my previous printer seven years ago from Printerland.

used for printing invoices scanning a various range of Ids and documents and it does it all very well the printer was out of the box and working in less than 15 minutes and we really like the scan features especially the way you can automatically remove blank pages before saving as it saves us so much time it goes with a generous amount of ink and despite periods of heavy use it hasnt given us any problems

The Xerox B405 has replaced our old HP printer which was costing us far too much in ink. We spent a bit more on the printer compared to the HP but the savings will pay for that in no time and we will very quickly start saving money compared to the cost of keeping the HP. The printer is far quicker too and has way more features such as scanning and a huge and highly responsive touchscreen it really feels like a quality piece of kit

We needed two new printers
We needed two printers and both needed to be fast reliable and mobile connectivity was a must due to us having a range of mobile devices needing to print. This printer needed to be able to scan and copy as well as print and this printer is so much better than the one it replaced. People spend less time figuring out how to use the printer and just using it thanks to its simple touch screen. AirPrint allows our many iPad users to connect easily and quickly. The printer is extremely fast and gone are the days of constant paper jams like it was with our old device this just prints and prints.

Scan to Cloud a gamechanger
We have had a lot of printers from Printerland over the years and they never let us down. The printer itself is excellent we needed a Black and White multifunction printer and having owned other Xerox's before we didn't look at any other brands and we know they produce reliable quality printers. What we really like about this printer is the ease at which we can scan to various different locations all from the easy to use control panel on the printer. Specifically the Scan to Cloud app that Printerland recommended cuts out a vast amount of setup time and complexity when compared to scan to email. It is so easy to use and requires no training in the office. We would thoroughly recommend this printer to anyone looking for a Black and White multifunction laser printer

We have purchased several of these printers for our various offices and all of our staff couldn't be happier with the speed ease of use and print quality. Copying documents is done with just a couple of presses of the large touchscreen. The screen itself is excellent quite often this is a weak point of printers with the screens being slow to respond but the Xerox responds quickly to every press

Great replacement for our HP
We were in the market for a new printer after our aging HP had started to give us problems. It was that difficult decision as to whether we should pay to repair the printer not knowing if this problem could be the start of many or replace it with something new we eventually decided that the peace of mind of having a warranty was the better option and so we chose this Xerox. We required a heavy duty printer but only black and white and this seemed to fit the bill at least on paper anyway. So far the printer has lived up to the high expectations we had and even though print quality isn't normally that noticeable with black and white printers we can see a clear difference between this and our old printer it is so much sharper. It'd a very good printer.
