Excellent service
I actually ordered a Brother printer but Printerland Richard called me and pointed it was going out of production and that print costs were relatively expensive compared to current models and might become more so once it was no longer a current model. As I had no particular affiliation to the Brother I checked out the recommended alternative Xerox C315 and it seemed a good alternative and potentially cheaper. SO I went for it. It arrived the following lunchtime and was up and running in less than half an hour. Working fine once I removed the shipping strap I had missed. Print quality is excellent and it is much quieter than the OKI it replaces. Time will tell.

Excellent purchase
Printerland provided us with a printer matching our requirements perfectly. We wanted to be able to print in A3 quickly without spending a fortune on inks and the Xerox C7000 provided just that. The print quality is sharp and jobs are completed quickly. No more waiting around for jobs to print where the paper edges its way out bit by bit sometimes having to wait for the ink to dry depending on what we printed. It is so much easier now with this printer you can simply send a load of files to the printer and leave it to it just collecting the printed material once it has done

Hol Xerox B315
Work from home
As a remote worker I needed a printer which was good enough for the amount of work I would produce in the office but was small enough to have at home without it being in the way. This printer feels like a mini version of big office printers that I am used to using but you get none of the drawbacks of it being a much smaller version. It was easy for me to install on my own not having to rely on our IT and I am really impressed by the whole package. I would recommend this printer to anyone who needs a printer while working from home or anyone looking for a small office printer.

I cannot fault the customer services
Excellent customer service as they called to ensure I was aware of the features of the HP M429dn model I ordered and it became evident I needed the HP M429fdw to use the duplex copying on the document feeder. The change of machine took minutes to organise and it didn't impact the delivery date. It was a trouble-free purchase as it was when I bought my previous printer seven years ago from Printerland.

Pagepack a good surprise
The printer itself is very good but that is something you would expect from a brand like Xerox. What is a real positive however is the Pagepack service that we signed up to when buying the printer. Not only are our printing costs fixed at a set price per page but the supplies are provided without charge as part of the agreement. In addition to them being part of the agreement Xerox have a clever system which monitors the levels and sends supplies before you run out without us having to do anything. The printer also reports what we are printing to Xerox ensuring we are billed accurately a little bit like a smart meter works. The ease of ownership is something we didn't consider to be important before buying this but now we wouldn't buy a printer without this sort of agreement
